Patches and Re-Lining

We can fix the pipe from above ground level with a pipe patch repair or re-line the whole pipe. We also have the technology to cut out roots from inside a pipe and also re-round blistered and deformed pitch fibre pipes without digging up your driveway, paths, patio or lawn.

These Before and After shots are from the base of a Vent Pipe under the footings of a house. This would have cost them a lot of money to repair by excavating.

All of these underground Pipes are now Structurally intact, Watertight and maintain smooth flow of effluent away from the property without the obstacles that used to cause Blockages! The owners had put up with the blockages for years before finally doing something about it…… and were surprised how little it cost them.

Excavation

Sometimes, however, the only way to repair the section of pipe is to excavate… If the pipe has totally collapsed. This is usually not as alarming as it sounds.

Once again we can help…. Our Plant Operators are all Trained and Accredited to the latest Construction Industry Standards. With our Mini Excavators we can bring them to your home and dig down to the problem. We simply cut out and replace the affected area, back fill and then reinstate the surface in a swift efficient manner. We will always re-instate the surface and leave it as we found it.

These are pictures of the ground after replacing a 15m section of 100mm Drain that was 1.5m Deep. This section had a history of blocking over 10 years. After a quick Drainage Survey for the purchasers we discovered a section of Drain that ran from manhole to manhole across the drive / parking area that had slumped and formed a dip in the line. Thus creating a slow point which will always causing blockages. This could have been a very expensive problem for the new owners to deal with after they had bought the House but luckily it was spotted by us before they exchanged contracts.
